Closure

The GORE™ LOCKOUT™ Closure technology has a self-lubricating, toothless construction that opens and closes easily and delivers 100% waterproof protection. This new innovation retains its waterproof quality even after thousands of opening and closing cycles. Field testing has confirmed that this innovation allows motorcyclists to enjoy their wet weather days in complete waterproof comfort. The metal slider smoothly interlocks the two double channeled polymer tracks, to create a visually distinctive flat-front finish that make the garments stand out immediately.

Our VCS zippers are all located in strategic positions, where they offer excellent air flow to cool the body. The air flow can be regulated by opening or closing the zipper.

Pro Shell Armacor® 3L

Pro Shell is a specific high-performance GORE-TEX® membrane bonded to a tough outer material and a specially developed, robust inner lining. Special GORE-SEAM® tape technology ensures all seams are 100% waterproof. Thanks to its patented lattice structure with an integrated Kevlar® core, ARMACOR® Product Technology offers extreme resistance to tears and abrasion, yet lighter weight. Incorporated into the Everest GORE-TEX® Pro Shell jacket, it will protect you in the event of a fall. This means safety and enhanced comfort – in all weather conditions.

No two bodies are exactly alike. Adjusting a jacket to the shape of your body not only makes it better to wear, but it prevents the wind from getting hold of the fabric. What better place to adjust the shape of your jacket than the waist? The Everest has brand new lateral adjustment straps at the waist, which follow the shape of the human body for even better options for fit-adjustment.

GORE-TEX®

The GORE-TEX® membrane contains over 1.4 billion microscopic pores per square centimeter. These pores are 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet, but 700 times larger than a water vapor molecule. This makes the GORE-TEX® membrane completely waterproof from the outside, while allowing perspiration to escape from the inside. An oleophobic, or oil-hating, substance is integrated into the membrane, preventing the penetration of such compounds as body oils and insect repellent, which could otherwise affect the membrane.

SaS Tec®

CE protection

SaS Tec® armour offers the best possible protection during a dynamic impact. The armour is made of a new polyurethane foam material, without a hard shell or edges, which surpasses the required CE-values by 50%. The closed air cells function by means of progressive absorption: with a slowly occurring stressor, the material remains soft and flexible, whereas sudden impact will cause the protector’s air cells to respond quickly with increased resilience, creating a protective shield where the rider needs it most.
