The JEREZ is our top racing glove, designed with the input of MotoGP racer Randy de Puniet, to give our customers the same level of protection the professionals need for the most extreme riding conditions. The JEREZ combines premium-quality materials with a completely new range of dual compound hard parts, developed to provide protection for areas of the hand that are most likely to be injured in a crash. MotoGP feedback also inspired the re-location of Kevlar stitching to the outside of the glove. keprotec® panel

Schoeller®-keprotec® is a high-tech fabric, constructed from reinforced aramide fibres, which are extremely resistant to wear and tear. It has been a good substitute for leather for over 17 years.

Dual-comp

palm slider

A new palm slider made of a durable, high abrasion resistant compound. It makes sure that the glove slides in case the palm comes in contact with the asphalt and it prevents the glove from grabbing.

Kevlar®

stitching

Sewn seams are traditionally a point of vulnerability during impact. Kevlar thread helps minimize the risk by reinforcing the stitching seams with one of the strongest materials available.

Pittards® goat

Digital™ WR100X for grip

The Pittards® WR100X tanning process provides excellent water repellence and very low water-uptake. This guarantees excellent grip and maximum control, even under the most adverse conditions.

Kangaroo leather

Compared with cowhide, kangaroo leather is known specifically for its lighter weight and higher abrasion resistance. This provides greater protection in case of a fall on the roadway.

TPU slider

Thermoplastic Urethane (TPU) is a highly durable synthetic material, used in many REV’IT! products for protection. The slider protects the little finger side of the hand against abrasion.

TPU aluminum protector at cuff. Consists of a 3D, pre-shaped honeycomb structure, topped by an aluminum shield, for ultimate sliding. Increases the level of protection significantly.

SuperFabric®

SuperFabric® technology transforms fabrics into highly protective materials. Micro guard-plates help prevent abrasion to underlying fabrics. It's 5x more abrasion-resistant than leather and ½ the weight.

Kevlar®

lining

Kevlar® is woven from aramide and nylon fibres. The extremely tear- and abrasion-resistant material is ideal to use as an extra protective layer in gloves, as it is five times stronger than steel.

Pittards® goat

Armortan® WR100X

Leather structure of microscopic fibrils, which are randomly intertwined to form fibre bundles. Armortan® encases these bundles with microscopic, ceramic armour-plates, which are more abrasion- resistant.
